I love I can switch from convection to regular baking depending on what I want to cook. I love I can sync with my phone and know when my oven is warmed up or if I need to adjust cooking. The oven is larger than my old one and is extra easy to clean.

Out performs Kitchen Aid

I bought this unit in September along with a Samsung Microwave Oven and a Samsung 22cu Side by side refrigerator. Three weeks later I purchased a Samsung 39 dba Dishwasher. We have been Samsung Fans since we always purchased TVs and Refrigerators for NEW homes. What is there not to like about Samsung. Think hard.

Overall, we're happy with our new Samsung Range. However, When close to the control panel, it's easy to accidently touch a feature and inadvertently turn the oven on. There is no volume control for the alarm and it's quite faint. If not in close proximity, the chime is difficult to hear. No detailed Operator's Manual accompanied the Range.

Fire hazzard

waited 2 1/2 months for range to be delivered and now less than a week of having it i am looking to return it. the knobs for the burners are too sensitive. in less than a week there has been two fires. a knob has been bumped and the burner came on without anyone knowing. it was until the house was filled with smoke and flames from somethingn laid on the stove top that we realized the stove was on. i am afraid that one of my children or possibly a dog will accidentally hit it and it will cause major damage. i love the range cooking and feature wise but i don't know what i can do to prevent this from happening. model number ne63t8511sg slide in range.

Great Slide In Range

this is a great electric range! it is a replacement for a back control range. the top cooking area is larger and less crammed with the controls on the front. it fit in place well and the height and level was easily adjustable. installed the foot safety lock to prevent tipping. the stove slides really easy, so after final installation, you can slide in and out. the black stainless is great but the metal is soft, already dented the front from a child accident. the smart hub is a great feature too to check/start pretty much everything! really like that there's only oven element and its on top; no more worrying about stuff falling on the bottom element and burning, etc. inside finish is top notch and easily cleaned. overall happy with this replacement!

Never Cared about the range until ours went out

this unit far surpasses our expectations. it looks beautiful and laid out very nicely. i was concerned about the knobs being on the outside having a 2 and 5 year old but really hasn't been much of a problem thankfully with the help of the touchscreen lock. i like that you also have to push and turn the knobs. i read older models were super sensitive and would turn on if you brushed against them. these still can be bumped on but not very easily. the main complaint is trying to keep it clean but i think this goes for most ranges. although there's a little rubber ledge in the front that is very hard to clean and keep debris out of...not enough to lose a star. overall love this investment. wifi prob not necessary...but cool

Our range died and we had to get a new one. A lot of people that I know does not like Samsung but we have other Samsung products and so far for 3-4 years now, we havent gotten any problems. my previous range was breaking down so i decided to upgrade to something more modern. this samsung range offers that and much more! i decided to change from a free standing range to a slide in and wow what a difference it makes in my kitchen. i like how the controls are up front which makes it easy to adjust and not having to lean over all the hot pans. i also really like the feature where i can connect my phone to it and control the temperature of the oven from the smartthings app. makes it very convenient. the black stainless steel matches my kitchen décor much better than what competitor ranges offer in just normal stainless steel. would definitely recommend this
