I really loved this air conditioner. It works well . I found that it saved me money on my electric bill . Its very efficient. It cools my dining room and kitchen . I like it that it doesnt make noise . My older air conditioner sounded like a tractor and I couldnt even talk on the phone .

Sorry to say that this air conditioner died less than 24 hours after it was installed. A technician was not available for a service call for a week. It has been returned.

This is my replacement unit for the same model that went breasts up. The problem with all new design products is the electronic circuit board. These are notoriously failure prone. I dont know yet for sure but it seems not to cool quite as well as the previous unit further use required to assess that issue. Like the unit otherwise and hope it holds up.

spent a couple of hours setting up the unit only to turn it on and find out that the a/c did not put out any cold air and the fan only worked on high. returned for a unit from another mfg that worked

Installed and ready for summer...

I purchased this unit a few weeks ago to replace the same model. The previous unit lasted several years before it started leaking. I sprayed the drain pan with flex-seal coating to delay rust and hope this unit lasts longer. Overall this is a good air conditioner and keeps the room cool on hot and humid summer days. This unit is a little quieter than previous model.
