It cleans well and having the utensil tray in the top is great. The middle shelf is adjustable, and I constantly use that feature when I load large dinner plates on the bottom rack. It's easy to maintain, the drain got clogged once, it stopped its cycle and gave an error message. I got the drain flushed and it works fine now. Keep up on your Maintenence and clean the filter once a month!

Used dishwasher 10 times then the on/off button lost function. No easy fix, need to replace entire upper control unit which of course requires interior wash panel to be removed. Bought extended warranty but they won't service until the factory warranty is up..... which in unpopulated area can't get a repair scheduled that fits our part time occupancy. Not the Bosch of old, cheap junk just like all the American brands made with similar components. Paid extra for brand but didn't get the quality.

Worked well for about a year, since then it has been an utter disappointment. Have to pre wash all dishes and sometimes they come out even dirtier. We have done all of the maintenance and recommended troubleshooting, and tried a variety of recommended soaps and rinse agents. So at this point it is used the sterilize only, because it does not clean well at all.

We love our Bosh dishwasher. Our repairman highly recommended Bosch so we purchased this model that fit within our budget and it has been great. It is simple, beautiful and cleans our dishes well. The only flaw is our plastic dishes no longer come out dry but its not a big deal, I think that's normal. Overall we are happy with our Bosch dishwasher from Costco.

Overall dishes, glasses and pots come out clean. Machine quiet. Can't even tell if it's on. Don't like the wimpy shelves which are not solid. Raising and lowering top shelves takes a few months of training. And the exterior left handle attached to the front of the panel chipped off. Quality is perhaps B-.

This dishwasher would probably be better if I had standard flat plates but I have plates with taller edges and the racks don't support those very well. I wish there was a way to order different sized racks that were spaced out a little more to accomodate my plates. The top rack for silverware is nice. This came with my unit upon purchase but I probably would have selected something else if I have the choice.

After running 2.5 hours cycles, every time we have to dry clean the dishes . The cleaning tablet is stuck in the 2nd rack half of the time. So have to rerun the cycle. Not happy

We love our Bosch dishwasher. Not only is it super quiet but it works so well. I put an extemely crusty lasagna dish in without washing anything off before and it came out sparkling clean on just the normal cycle! We also love the top rack for silverware

After 15+ trouble-free years, our old Bosch dishwasher's pump failed and we were advised it wasn't worth repairing. That machine always got dishes spotless and dried them very well - and did everything silently! In fact that's how I knew it was finally dying - I could hear it.
So of course we replaced it with a new Bosch. Unfortunately the new machine, although fairly quiet, is noisier than the old machine. The arrangement of the tines in the upper and lower racks is different and makes it difficult to get large bowls and pots to fit. And even when using the maximum drying setting, the dishes are still wet at the end of the cycle. And for the first few weeks of use, it emitted a weird burning-rubber odor as it ran, although this seems to have gone away now.
As for the Home Connect app - it's nearly worthless! It often says it's "disconnected" from the dishwasher even when I'm standing right next to it. It's apparently the only way to set a delayed start on this machine ( my old machine had a simple button for this) but it DOES NOT WORK. I sure wish there was still a button on the machine for this - I shouldn't have to use my phone to start my dishwasher!

The unit is quiet when it works but it didn't work for long. And the warranty group at Bosch did not pay nor help solve the in warranty dishwasher. If you choose to buy one of these, get a secondary warranty. Do not trust Bosch to stand behind it.

Unless you are an appliance snob, the 100 Series dishwasher does everything that the upper end Series Bosch's do. Even packed, this dishwasher cleans everything on the 60 minutes cycle, saving significant water and electricty over the 2 hour plus cycle. It is truly quiet. We had one warranty call at 11 months of ownership, one month before the warranty ends. It suffered a failed water solenoid that was noisy. It still worked perfectly, but at the beginning of the wash cycle it hummed very loudly. A local Bosch repair shop fixed it quickly and now our favorite dishwasher of all time is once again, expremely quiet. Highly Recommended.

I bought Bosch because I heard great reviews on their products. I am so disappointed in this dishwasher. From the moment it was installed it has performed pitifully. It is a worst dishwasher I have ever used and I am so disappointed in it! I'll never buy Bosch again. I wish someone would tell me that there's a magic trick to make this dishwasher perform.

This dishwasher is fabulous! At first I questioned the drying of the dishes, but after a call to a Bosch representative who told me to definitely use the Finish product I am so happy- easy peasy! Cleanest dishes ever! And I absolutely love the top 3rd rack- it's used with every load.

If you're looking for good customer service, you won't find it with a Bosch. This dishwasher computer went bad in just over three (3) years. Bosch recommended the service provider and then said they didn't when denying the claim. They have done nothing to help. So, in three (3) years of ownership, the machine has cost us over $1,100. I could have purchased two (2) other brands for less than that. These are not good products.

This dishwasher cleans better than other brands I've had. Even when I do not rinse--and barely scrape--the dishes, the come out clean. This unit has the RINSE cycle button, which I love and use after breakfast and after lunch. It keeps food from drying on and guarantees that the last cycle of the day is most effective. The RINSE cycles is 12 minutes. My prior dishwashers had no RINSE cycle so I had to use a regular wash cycle and I had to set an egg timer to remember to come back and turn it off, but often forgot to do.

The quietest dishwasher I have ever owned. It's relatively fast and effective. I always pre rinse my heavy soiled dishes so I couldn't tell you how it is with food stuck to it- but that's not what they are intended for to begin with. Love the dishwasher!

I am 80 years old, so technology/programming can sometimes be difficult for me. It took me a while to get brave enough to do some programming, but now I have the machine set like I want it and am very happy with it. Expecially like the upper tray for silverware and utensils.

A great dishwasher. I surprised how quiclI adopted to a plastic lining. The only reason I won't give it a five is that I find the bottom plate rack is not well designed for stacking/ lining up bowels.

The dishes are clean but even when we put it on dry many of the items are still wet. Their customer service was great and very helpful when we had an issue with a part. They sent it out ups at no cost even though the part was out of warranty.
