Overall, the refrigerator looks great and works well. The fingerprint-resistant finish is a nice feature because fingerprints barely show, and the ice maker produces ice quickly. However, there are a few design issues that could be improved. The water dispenser area is not deep enough to comfortably fill anything larger than a typical glass or cup, making it difficult to fill a large water bottle. The shelving configuration also makes it challenging to store taller items, such as large soda bottles. Another concern is the compressor. When it is running, it produces a fairly loud humming noise that sounds as though the compressor is working harder than it should. While the refrigerator performs well, the noise is noticeable. Overall, it is an attractive and functional refrigerator, but the dispenser depth, shelf configuration, and compressor noise are areas that could be improved.

It doesn't what a refrigerator should do: Keep things cold. The freezer does its job as well. My only complaint is the interior drawers and the way they fit into their spots is cheaply made. The plastic feels flimsy and therefore the drawers never feel as if they are locking into place and they always feel lopsided. The same with the shelves in the doors - the plastic is flimsy. I would have shopped around more to find something more substantial feeling. Otherwise, the unit does what it's supposed to do.

Bad excuse for a refrigerator

I have an older house with limited space for the refrigerator, so I replaced my Kenmore(14 years old) of the same size with your product. What a disappointment. This fridge wasn™€™t in stock so I purchased it just from online pictures. Big mistake. The shelving design is absolutely terrible. We are unable to fit half the food we used to. That little flip out shelf is a joke. The fruit and vegetable drawers are so cheaply made,it is just sad. This is the worst purchase I have ever made. I™€™ll probably throw this in the basement and buy a real refrigerator. I am so disappointed in Whirlpool.

The Whirlpool fridge performs well -- my food is well preserved and the temperature and humidity is good.. Since I was very limited by size (height 68 1/2") did not have many choices One door must close first and that is the side that accommodates tell items so always has to open both doors to get milk carton out The lower freezer section is very accessible and convenient, and the ice tray good now that I have added an ice scoop! The outside water supply is a bit messy -- often need to clean up spills. Over all, I'm happy with my new Whirlpool fridge.

This is the worst refrigerator ever!! I only had this refrigerator 5 years and 3 months now I have to replace it. The freezer fan stop working after 2-3 years so I had it replaced about $400 including service call. Now 2 years later same issue fan isn™€™t working my main fridge is 60 degrees and my freezer is around 32 degrees. It would be another $500 including service call to fix it again!! I™€™m not going to have it fix because I know it will happen again!!! I™€™m buying another refrigerator and I know it won™€™t be Whirlpool!!!!!

I do love the look of the refrigerator and I chose this size and unit particularly because the space it needs to go in has been reduced since I had my other one and that was a much larger unit. I needed to buy it quickly because I had a guest coming and I didn™€™t want something to happen with the old one while I was out of town for a week. Two people in the house and the amount of food. It was a struggle with the size of this refrigerator. So if you are alone and you want a refrigerator with water in the door, it™€™s perfect, but not a lot of room in the freezer or the refrigerator for more than one person.

I have had My refrigerator for 10 years now. 0 problems with it. let me correct that there were no feet or rollers on it to allow for movement. ( I put a carpet under the front to get it sliding) I purchased this from a scratch and dent outlet store (sears when they were around) the only thing I have been experiencing is the condensation line is clogged and I can't get the freezer drawer out to make the repair. other then that this refrigerator has been working like a gem. unfortunately I am in the market for a 33 to 36 inch refrigerator, but I will not be discarding this fridge. I will be inspecting all the parts and ordering anything that may look worn out and will just install it into my tool shop. I am an apartment superintendent and need an fridge in my shop being the GE fridge I have in there now the compressor quit after 5 years of having it (supplied by my company).

I seriously question your company™€™s quality standards. I purchased this WRFS560SEHZ refrigerator ™€œnew™€ from Whirlpool Canada less than two years ago (see photos), but after what I recently discovered, I genuinely suspect this unit may have been improperly refurbished without disclosure. The issue started with severe frost buildup inside the freezer. Excessive ice accumulation behind the rear panels eventually caused water damage to my hardwood floor. After removing the panel covering the cooling coil, I discovered something completely unacceptable: the freezer fan wires had been cut and reconnected in an extremely careless and potentially dangerous way. The wires were simply twisted together and covered with electrical tape clearly not designed for the extreme cold and humidity conditions inside a freezer (see photos). I am honestly shocked to find this kind of improvised repair inside a supposedly new appliance sold by a major brand. After barely two years, dealing with severe frost issues, floor damage, and hidden amateur electrical work inside the unit is simply unacceptable. ™€"™€" J™€™ai de sÃrieux doutes concernant les standards de qualità de votre entreprise. J™€™ai achetà ce rÃfrigÃrateur modèle WRFS560SEHZ « neuf » sur le site de Whirlpool Canada il y a à peine deux ans (voir photos), mais après ce que je viens de dÃcouvrir, j™€™ai l™€™impression qu™€™il pourrait s™€™agir d™€™un produit reconditionnà de manière non professionnelle sans que cette information ait Ãtà divulguÃe. Tout a commencà avec un important problème de givre dans le congÃlateur. Une accumulation excessive de glace derrière les panneaux a fini par provoquer un dÃgÃt d™€™eau ayant endommagà mon plancher de bois. En retirant le panneau protÃgeant le serpentin de refroidissement, j™€™ai dÃcouvert quelque chose de complètement inacceptable : les fils du ventilateur du congÃlateur avaient Ãtà sectionnÃs puis reconnectÃs de façon extrêmement maladroite et potentiellement dangereuse. Les fils Ãtaient simplement torsadÃs ensemble et recouverts d™€™un ruban Ãlectrique inadÃquat pour les conditions extrêmes d™€™humidità et de froid à l™€™intÃrieur d™€™un congÃlateur (voir photos). Je suis honnêtement choquà de voir ce type de rÃparation improvisÃe à l™€™intÃrieur d™€™un appareil supposÃment neuf vendu par une grande marque. My wife hated our old-fashioned refrigerator with single doors and the freezer on top; the main door kept skinning her foot, and the inside water dispenser was inconvenient. The Whirlpool gave us a great update, We're still getting accustomed to the fold-up shelves and other nice touches. Here are my observations: -It has a "moisture lock" option available on front, I did need it, its ability to sustain that goes back and forth, depends on the temperature on the inside of the house. -A fan, maybe for cooling, turns on daily. It can be loud -Cool feature to release shelf for tall items, gives 14" clearance. Shelving is not equal, each shelf clearance ranges 7-8" -Keeps vegetables fresh in crisper -French doors are nice to use and store -Freezer produces ice, self accessible only in pull-out drawer -Freezer has a pull-out drawer with a shelf, has two basket sections below (barely fits a 12" pizza box for reference)

When my previous Whirlpool Refrigerator needed replacement, I chose this similar model to replace it with. I like just having a water dispenser in the door and the ice maker separate. The ergonomic design of this refrigerator helps in quickly finding the items that I need. It has a stainless steel fingerprint resistant finish and looks very stylish in my kitchen. I would like to update with other Whirlpool appliances in the future.

The only thing I have concerns about is how cheap the drawers are. I feel like they will break easily in the future. The fruit drawer doesn™€™t close all the way and stay closed. Otherwise it™€™s a nice frig.

Horrible design of drain for freezer and fan.

Horrendous freezer on this unit. (SEE PICTURES ATTACHED FROM WHEN THE TECH HAD IT TAKEN APART) I had the tech come out due to the excessive frost and ice build up in the back of the freezer. Tech comes out and tells me its a terrible design because of the fan placement and awful drain system. He had to steam the entire freezer out of all the built up ice and frost.... told me it would probably happen again. Sure enough a year later... its happening again and now the freezer has a LOUD hum to it, due to the absolute garbage design. Why should I call the tech out again, use my PTO for a service call, for the issue to happen again? What a joke. Im putting this thing at the curb.

Design Problems

Exactly the right size, exactly the right features, but immediate problems. First, water will not feed into the unit because internal plumbing passes beside the air cooling assembly and freezes the water line. The warranty service knew of this problem before they even got to our house. The necessary part took almost 10 days to arrive and it will be another several days before the technician can get to us for installation. We don't know if this will solve the problem. Second, the open door alarm is pointless. The rocker switch that turns on the interior light and causes the open door alert light is far too sensitive, it shows as 'closed' with even light pressure on the switch even with the door open an inch or more. Open the left side door and close it, doing so often forces the right side to door open up to an inch yet the 'door open' warning is not lit and there will be no alert sound after several minutes. Three times in 2 weeks I've found the right side door standing open more than 1/2" nearly an hour after one of us last got into the refrigerator. We have made it a habit to push closed both door handles before we walk away, but that's not the promise of the product's features.

The Freezer does not work right. Was getting frost on the food and ice cubes make a little at a time and theyu don't seperate have one big chuck. So, we can not use the cubes. Had someone come out and look at it and did somethings and said it should be ok now. Still have a little frost on food, but the ice cubes still stick together in one big chuck. So, we can not use the ice cubes. Only had the fridge since January 9th, so not happy with the fridge. .

Best small French door refrigerator

This French door refrigerator fits perfectly in the limited space available for a fridge in my kitchen. I am so happy to have the features it provides: filtered water dispenser and flexible shelving placement. The plastic drawers are lighter weight than those of my old fridge, and time will tell if this is a cost saving flaw or not. The only problem so far is that when we open the freezer, the top and bottom freezer drawers usually tend to stick together, or at least do not slide as freely as they should. Maybe manufacturing gunk on the side rails? Inconvenient to fix, at this point.

My refrigerator went out unexpectedly. Due to the age, I should have pre-shopped this item to know what my options were. Unfortunately, due to the space limitations, I had only 3 options. This is a good refrigerator. I wanted to try for an "upgrade" but didn't really study the differences between what I originally had and the options available. This refrigerator has less space, especially freezer space than the old freezer top/refrigerator bottom model I had. I didn't realize that until I starting putting food back into it. I think I might make a different choice if I could do it over. I like the french doors but I do have a problem fitting in larger items which are taller than 6 inches. Its a big change from the basic refrigerator I had before. Sometimes the basic is quite good. The pullout drawer for the freezer is nice but it also holds a good bit less. Its nice yes, but I can't open my cabinets above the fridge now. That's a lot of space I no longer have access to.
