One sleeper with bulging discs and another with POTS who tosses and turns all night. I didn't want to buy a Tempurpedic bc i didn't think it would be worth the money. But my husband's back couldn't handle the previous bed anymore. We bought the Adapt-Medium hybrid. At first it felt too squishy for me and i was in more pain. But realized in a week we needed the proper base. So we removed it from our frame and ordered the foundation. I felt the difference immediately. It's a bit more movement than our all foam bed so I do feel him leave the bed before i need to wake up, but the overall better sleep makes up for it. Delivery was perfect as well. Both times and i was glad we could get the foundation so fast. Definitely get the proper base or foundation for it.

Most frustrating experience ever. A month and a half and still no product. The foundation got lost in shipping and it took me hounding them and the "white glove" delivery service for over two weeks to even get anyone to actually look into it. Supposedly new shipment would be delivered in 7-10 days. That 12 days ago. I have received no updated contact all the links and tracking numbers are expired or say out for delivery ( on July 31, it's now August 24th). Yes, they call and email back but it's always a form response and no one actually seems to know anything or be willing to actually look into it. At this point I wish I could cancel the whole thing.

Since we replaced a much older Tempur-pedic mattress with the Tempur-Adapt 2.0, it is much more comfortable. I was hoping for better comfort sleeping on my side but, it didn't happen. Otherwise the mattress is very comfortable.

Worst customer service I have ever received. Waited 2 weeks for a mattress I ordered (which was supposed to be delivered in 2 business days) only to find it was lost by UPS. Was told I had to wait until UPS completed a formal investigation (which would take an additional 7 business days minimum) to have a replacement sent, even though UPS said the package was already considered lost. Ended up having to buy a mattress in person after spending 30 hours on the phone with the company over 5 days trying to get it resolved, and I was barely able to secure a refund after begging customer service for days. Hope this serves as a warning to others- they do not care about their customers.

Very comfortable and takes the strain off the back wound. Surgery included spinal fusions from T11 down to S2. The only thing missing was a hand rail to help get in and out of the bed.

I've had my TempurPedic for about two months now and love it thus far! The real test will be how I feel after a year or so. My biggest issue with mattresses in the past (all coil-based) is that the support under the hip area starts to sag which causes my low back to hurt. I love the "hugging" effect. It's not anything over the top, it just feels cozy.

We are very satisfied with the purchase of our tempur-adapt medium hybrid mattress. Ordering was easy and the delivery representatives were courteous and professional. We have had the new mattress for about one month and have been happy with the comfort of the memory foam as well as the support in the mattress. Noticeably, the new mattress has been better for our low backs and hips with less morning stiffness.

We have central air.
I've never slept hot in my previous beds.
For 84 days in the pro adapt, I have been waking up hot multiple times a night, deeply sunken in this mattress.
I'm 47 and work in the trades.
5' 11" 200 lbs.
Seems ridiculous, but waking up hot and rolling multiple times a night has been tough on my shoulders. It's not easy to move once you've sunk in.
The bed is comfortable to just try out, but sleeping without covers and still feeling the heat of the mattress is far from comfortable.
I've given the bed 84 days. Exchanging the mattress and spending significantly more for a "cooling" mattress was not in our plans.
Even then, I have a hard time believing the pro breeze and lux breeze solve the issue, given the even more expensive models add fans.
I'm not sure what to do.

I've owned the medium hybrid for 8 years. I told everyone it was the best mattress I had ever slept on. They had a customer for life. My husband is also obsessed with their pillows.
Everything was great till I woke up one day with my hand resting in a crack on the bed so big and deep my hand was resting on metal coils! We still had 2 years of warranty left so we contacted customer service. Right off the bat they had already deemed me not eligible because they said they couldn't continue without the receipt. Even though I had already sent them the receipt. Once Crystal, our warranty rep realized this she just kept asking for more photos. I asked what she was as trying to see and it was becoming ridiculous but she wouldn't reply to my questions. Finally she circled a spot on the mattress that has absolutely nothing there and denied the claim because of "moisture" Except we kept a water proof cover on the bed since we bought it and we've never spilled anything on it. I refuse to ever spend my money with this company again. They might as well not even offer warranties because they lie to get out of them. So disappointed with them. Now I have to start my search to find a new favorite mattress.

I am extremely disappointed with Tempur-Pedic and would NOT recommend spending thousands of dollars on one of their mattresses based on my experience.
I purchased my Tempur-Pedic mattress in 2020, believing I was paying a premium price not only for a quality mattress, but also for a company that would stand behind its warranty. Unfortunately, when I actually needed that warranty, I learned how little that promise meant.
My mattress developed a serious tear in the material that literally looks like it was cut with a knife. This is not a small cosmetic issue - the mattress itself is torn.
What makes this situation even more frustrating is that I took care of this mattress. I used the Tempur-Pedic base, kept the original cover that came with the mattress, AND I also used an additional mattress protector that was sold to me by Mattress Firm. The mattress was protected throughout its use.
The mattress was purchased in 2020, so after approximately six years of normal use, of course it may not look absolutely brand new. Tempur-Pedic told me that because there were stains on the mattress, their warranty policy does not cover it.
And this is exactly what I find completely unacceptable.
What does a stain have to do with a mattress developing a tear that looks like someone cut it with a knife?
I am not asking Tempur-Pedic to replace my mattress because of a stain. I am asking them to honor the warranty because the mattress TORE. Yet instead of investigating why an expensive Tempur-Pedic mattress developed this type of damage, they focused on stains as a reason to deny the entire warranty claim.
The stains they referred to were not even something obvious to me during normal use. I only discovered the tear when the cover was removed for cleaning. Yet Tempur-Pedic used the staining policy to completely reject my claim, regardless of the actual problem I was reporting.
I escalated the case because I felt the decision was extremely unfair. It made absolutely no difference. They refused to reconsider or stand behind the product.
This experience makes me seriously question the real value of their warranty.
So what exactly is the value of a 10-year warranty if, six years later, when something actually goes wrong with the mattress, the company can point to a stain and refuse to cover an entirely different problem?
Future customers need to understand this BEFORE spending thousands of dollars.
A 10-year warranty sounds wonderful when you're standing in the store purchasing an expensive mattress. But before you buy, understand that according to what Tempur-Pedic told me, staining can be used to disqualify your mattress from warranty coverage - even when the defect you are claiming has nothing to do with the stain.
Had I understood how easily my warranty could be denied despite using mattress protection and taking care of the product, I would have thought twice before spending this much money on a Tempur-Pedic mattress.
I expected much more from a brand with Tempur-Pedic's reputation and prices. I paid a premium price believing I was purchasing premium quality AND the security of a meaningful warranty.
Instead, when I finally needed that warranty, I was denied because of stains rather than having the actual tear in my mattress addressed.
To anyone considering buying a Tempur-Pedic mattress: PLEASE read every single exclusion and condition in their warranty before spending your money. Do not assume that because they advertise a long warranty, your mattress will necessarily be replaced if something goes wrong.
Based on my experience, I feel that the warranty gave me a sense of protection when I purchased the mattress, but when I actually needed to use it, the policy gave them a reason not to cover my claim.
After this experience, I will never purchase another Tempur-Pedic product again, and I cannot recommend this company to others.

We are enjoying our new mattress. Mattress provides wonderful support, yet doesn't feel overly firm. Do not feel when the other person turns in their sleep. So far the mattress is holding up well, and retaining its shape. No caving in of memory foam.

After 30 days of owning this mattress, I find my sleep to be phenomenal. I sleep more and deeper, with very vivid dreams. As for actual comfort....it is fine. It's not like I am euphoric when I get into bed, but it has helped my back more than my previous mattress. I am in less pain when getting up in the morning. However, I do feel that this mattress, like all the others I have had, will end up leaving a sink mark in the middle after awhile, where if I try to lay on one side of the mattress or the other, I will roll toward the middle. So I am trying to switch sides on a nightly basis going from one side, to the middle, to the other side to keep the sinking even. I hope it does not do this, but my prediction is it will, which is what I cannot understand about mattresses in general. Why they all do this is beyond my comprehension. So, overall... so far, so good, but it's only been 30 days.

I recently purchased a Tempur-Adapt mattress and have been very happy with it. It is extremely comfortable, supportive, and provides excellent pressure relief. The medium firmness feels just right-not too soft and not too firm-and I have been sleeping much better since switching.
One thing that really stood out was the customer service. I originally chose the Twin size but decided to switch to the Medium firmness, and the exchange process was completely hassle-free. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally, making the experience stress-free.
Overall, the quality of the mattress is outstanding, and the service was just as impressive. I highly recommend Tempur-Pedic to anyone looking for a comfortable, high-quality mattress backed by excellent customer support.

This mattress is awful and a classic example of a once great company going cheap on quality. Tempurpedic used to boast of a mattress that did not feel movement from your partner in bed. That was the case with our old mattress, but this new adapt series is junk. My wife keeps me up constantly with restlessness that reverberates across the bed.
Secondly, I have never slept more hot and miserable than on this series mattress. It's like your laying on a piece of rubber and if you're a hot sleeper you will be miserable.
Third, I tried explaining all of this to Tempurpedic, but they don't care.
Honestly, this mattress is not even 8 months old and I'm ready to pitch it in the trash. We saw a Nectar mattress last night that is significantly cheaper and from what I've heard better. I would advise everyone to go that route before making the mistake I did and buying this giant turd of a mattress. We were long time tempupedic users and loved the product! Sadly, not no more.

I had a brain stem stroke in Dec 2023. Since then my sleep has diminished. I have been wearing an Oura ring to keep track of my sleeping habits for nearly a year now. Since I bought the Tempur-pedic Adapt mattress, I have had the best sleep in quite some time. My Oura ring went from telling me I either slept poor, fair, or good from time to time to telling me I slept great, excellent, to even exceptional. I love my Tempur-pedic mattress. I am still in the break in period so I am praying for even better consistent sleep. Thank you.

Very happy with the quality of the construction of the matress itself but the bed is super soft and is already creating a dent where I lay. The first week I overlooked how squishy the bed felt because my back was feeling better but shortly after I was in pain again and I was noticing a hump in between my wife and I even when we weren't laying down. We have had this matress for about 3 weeks now. It's disappointing because I've had a tempur pedic before and loved it. This matress is just not the same.

All I can say is that the mattress is too hybrid or softer that it conforms to my anatomy thus makes my night sleep a lot better without the early morning backaches or body aches as compared to my previous mattress. The white glove delivery is awesome as well rather great not to mention it was delivered quickly as expected. The team placed the hybrid mattress where I wanted it to be as at the time I still have to assemble my new bed. Swift delivery indeed with courteous agents at the doorstep. Thank you much! Now my back is well-cushioned or well-positioned paving my nights that are SOUND and/or comfy moving forward. To a more comfortable slumber every time for the rest of my lifetime then!

Be Careful Buying a Tempur-Pedic Closeout Mattress

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Tempur-Pedic. I purchased what was advertised as a medium mattress during a closeout sale, but it feels much softer than expected. Instead of providing the support I needed, it has caused me significant lower back pain, and I've been waking up uncomfortable almost every morning.
I contacted Tempur-Pedic hoping they would stand behind their product and help find a solution, but they were unwilling to offer any meaningful assistance because it was a closeout sale. Just because a mattress is sold as a closeout shouldn't mean customers are left without support when the product doesn't perform as advertised.
A mattress is a major investment, and I expected much better customer service from a company with Tempur-Pedic's reputation. If you're considering buying one especially a closeout model be aware that you may have little to no help if the mattress isn't right for you.
Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend Tempur-Pedic.

I have both an Nectar Hybrid Medium and a Tempur-Pedic Adapt Medium.
The feel and comfort of the Tempur-Pedic is another level. Not to take anything away to my Nectar which is a good comfortable mattress.
The Nectar has a better cooling effect, but then again I live in Jersey, so it doesn't really matter.

I purchased Queen tempur pedic hybrid medium last 2018 and mattress still look new and firm. I am a returning customer for another the same mattress this time I purchased the full size for my other room.
