Intuitive controls, easy cleaning

Though we've only been using this for a week, we've found the controls easy to learn and the cooktop easy to clean. The burners have higher output than were accustomed to using, so it's taken a little tweaking to learn the perfect heat levels. Certainly do not regret this purchase.

Love love love this range

I can't say enough good things about this range! It looks so nice and is it made of quality materials. The knobs are heavy metal, the burners are made with copper, the grates are heavy and durable. The double oven feature is awesome. I love having a full sized convection oven on top and either a lower warming drawer (never knew what I was missing without this) or a lower oven. They both work great. The stovetop burners are powerful and I love having a variety of sizes depending on what I need.

Great brand, bad design

The design with knobs and clock on top not a smart idea. Knobs get hot and clock you can only see if your at the oven looking down.

The Jury Is still out on this product

We purchased this stove and it got an error message the very first time we used the oven. It read F8 - call for service. Apparently it was a faulty fan. Our salesman replaced it free of charge and now we are on our second stove. When the second one was delivered, a bottom panel was loose and need to be secured by our installers. This took a good 45 minutes because they had trouble reseating it and securing it properly. Ultimately, it was installed and we have been using it without incident for 2 weeks. Obviously we are wary and cautiously optimistic at present. Stay tuned......

Great range/stove. Love the looks, and the extra room I have for pots with the controls up front not in the back as in our old stove. Haven't tried the oven yet. Really like the left front 19,000 btu burner for stir fry. Cleans up nicely. Only negative is the right rear burner is not good for simmering.

I am soooo happy with my purchase. This item replaced my two year old range that was like an "easy bake" oven. It is sturdy, easy to clean, even cooking. I love my new stove. I do have to get used to the control panel, however. It is very sensitive. Wiping it after cooking enables the functions....and perhaps I am not doing that action correctly.

nice looking unit

Heats well on all burners, would be nice if one of the larger burners was at the back. A tilted control panel would be nice, wouldn't catch so much grease spatter. Grates have to be arranged properly to get them to fall into place, can't switch two side grates and have to have them turned in the right direction to fit properly, my wife can't do it. Otherwise, unit performs properly.
