Very dissatisfied with Washer. It has a dispensing issue. Washer was replaced in April 2026 from washer purchased in December 2025. Both have same issue. GE still has not sent me a so called {MODIFIED DISPENSER} Have spoke with several people regarding this problem. Customer service is very bad. Big lack of communication. Have sent several e-mails back & forth. No communication again going on another week. I wish to speak with CEO Kevin Nolan

So far, so good. Just bought it on 4/9/26 and have done several loads of laundry. My other machine broke down midway thru a cycle, so I had a bunch of clothes that were sopping wet. I put them in this machine and was pleasantly surprised that it didn't make a difference that the clothes were wet, it went thru all the cycles as if it was a normal load. The machine runs quietly and efficiently. I have no complaints.

The 4.6 cubic feet capacity for our clothes etc. works out perfect !!! And it is a very efficient machine. IT WASHES OUR CLOTHES SO VERY VERY GOOD !!!! It's a good washer. But less than two weeks having it, the screws holding the striker latch stripped out. I called the warranty number and the repair people are having trouble getting the replacement parts to fix it. Laundromats are not cheap, and ridiculous when you have machines you paid for in your home that can't be used.
