Purchased this product from Amazon 8/2020 for my window in my office, Am happy so far, cools my room down very fast, seems to be very energy efficient set on Auto, I live in Calif, It's been a hot summer and this AC added to my office, I'm happy.

We needed a new unit that would automatically turn on and off to keep a constant temperature. We can set this at our desired temperature and never worry that our house will be comfortable. It™™s placed in our upstairs master with intention to keep that bedroom cool, but have found that it cools the entire upstairs! Well worth the price!

I've had this ac for 2 summers. It cools my whole downstairs of my townhouse really well but the inside of the unit is starting to rust. Even the screws that hold the housing are rusting as well. You would think the materials used would be rust free considering its a window air conditioner that comes in contact with a lot of water and moisture.

I needed a larger BTU but was worried about the noise. This has been great. I leave it on ECO, at the temp I want and Low and it has cooled the are just as hoped. I am really happy and do recommend.

Even in Vermont we get hot and humid weather! This cools my house down quickly while dehumidifying too! Love the ECO setting, maintains the temp but doesn't run continuously.

Cools down room quickly!! I'm impressed with all the great features ! Only reason I gave 4 stars instead of five is the fins were damaged because insulation sheets were packed on them when shipped causing the fins to be damaged . Company should relocate insulation sheets so nothing touches fins in the back..

I stumbled into this window A/C after returning a defective one I bought from a major retailer. I've had Frigidaire's large appliances in the past but I did not know about their small line of products and I must say it is very good! I got it online, I went to Best Buy; picked it up, put it in my SUV and install it by myself (I am a regular Joe - not Dwayne Johnson type). I recommend two people, but it is possible to do it alone (I did it!). The features are great! Remote control (it does make a loud eeping sound everytime you press a button), timer, sleep mode, eco position, etc. This is the A/C I am recommending all my friends now.

Since my purchase I set the AC unit on 68° Econ mode. It only turns on about every 15 minutes for 3 or 4 minutes and it stays so nice and cool in my cabin. I live in the hot, muggy South. Love it and can't wait to see how much my power bill is lowered.

This is hands down one of the best investments I™™ve made in a long time. My old air conditioner dies right at the beginning of March, and with the seasons changing I didn™™t know if I could find a suitable replacement that could do the job. However after some research I was pleasantly surprised with this Unit, it easy easy and efficient and it even cools down the entire floor. I love it.

This unit cools down the room well. I can't speak to durability / longevity because I've only had it a couple of months. I find it very annoying that when you turn the air conditioner back on, it doesn't retain the cooling mode - it always starts up in "eco" mode. It is also pretty noisy. However, it cools the room down fairly quickly and keeps it that way and that's what I mainly care about.

I bought this for my 22™™x18™™ combination shed/garage even though I have not insulated the building yet, it cools things down to a comfortable temperature! The only gripe I have is that when I opened the undamaged and unopened box I found that some of the cooling fins where bent in more then one spot!

I bought this unit a month ago. It worked fine for a week or so. Then the weather cooled down so I didn't need to run it. Now, we're having another heat wave and the unit is NOT cooling the air. I've checked everything as suggested - nothing resolves it. I'll have to place a service call and see how this will be resolved. Major inconvenience. Stay tuned.

Similarly to Reviewer "Oreo 111":™ I also PURCHASED THIS LESS THAN A YEAR AGO.™ When it was new, IT WORKED GREAT. I used it lightly during the Summer FOR TWO MONTHS ONLY, kept it in storage during the Winter, took it out just recently, installed it, and cleaned the filter - but it does not blow cold air.Perhaps the fan motor has somehow become dysfunctional.Per the product's "Use & Care" Page 12, I telephoned (800) 944-9044 for service, and was informed of a local servicer, who I had to message via voice mail. I am also messaging that servicer via electronic mail.I feel that this product has failed me.

I bought this about a year ago. When it was new, it was working great. Used it lightly during the summer for 2 month, kept it in my storage during the winter, took it out, cleaned the filter, installed it and wahlah, A/C doesn't blow any cold air. Luckily Frigidaire is sending me a replacement unit after customer service called but it's already been 3-4 business days since I sent back information form but still no confirmation on the shipment of replacement unit. It's 90 degrees here in NY. Not sure how I can recommend this product when it literally just self broke without any reason, and the actual usage has been only 2 month!!!!
